An account on async.inc, to run projects with your team and your clients. It is early software: features are still arriving, and things will occasionally break. We will tell you when they do rather than quietly hoping you did not notice.
Everything you write here belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not sell it or share it with anybody. We store it so we can show it back to you.
If you stop paying, your projects stay readable. We are not going to hold your work hostage to get you back.
Do not use it to break the law, to send bulk unsolicited email, or to store somebody else's data without their say-so. Do not attack the service or try to reach other people's workspaces. If you find a way to, please tell us before you tell anybody else — we will thank you properly.
There is no uptime guarantee yet. It runs on AWS, it is backed up, and it is watched, but a one-person operation cannot honestly sell you an SLA. When there is a support commitment worth the name, this paragraph will say so.
The software is provided as it is, without warranty. Our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last twelve months.
Cancel whenever, from your settings, and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for. We can close an account that is being used for the things in "what we ask", and we will say why.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect rather than updating the date and hoping.
